Gina Conn

Gina Conn is a Tallahassee native who was raised in Austin, Texas.  She is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a double major in Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University. She started her career in real estate development in Houston, Texas, and returned to Tallahassee in 2017 to pursue her Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University.  Her thesis focused on the importance of placemaking in development. Her experiences while living in Austin and Houston gave her unique insight to organic versus forced growth of a city.  When she relocated back to Tallahassee, she noticed a similar growth trend, and saw an opportunity to start a dialogue surrounding the many nuances of development.

Audra Fournier

Proud owner of Partners for a Solution, Audra Fournier is passionate about enlightening business owners and individuals of the possibilities for their own success. She is a third-generation entrepreneur with strong roots in Tallahassee. She began her journey attending Florida State University and obtaining her BS in Business Administration, while specializing in Hospitality Management. Afterwards, she attended University of Tampa where she earned her MBA. She currently focuses on growing her company while providing entrepreneurs the tools and strategy they need to overcome challenges in today's competitive business environment.

Bugra Demirel

Born and raised in Alanya, Turkey, Bugra is the managing partner of Demirel International, which holds investments in retail, real estate, hospitality and the organic food industries. He has been living in Tallahassee since 2005 and attended Tallahassee Community College and Florida State University, studying International Affairs, Political Science and Economics. He has extensive knowledge on retail management, human resource management, real estate investments and non-profit organizations. He observed the transformation of Tallahassee from a small college town to a mid-size city. He strives for productive dialogue surrounding microeconomic policies of our local governments. During his free time, he perfects his skirt steak and Moscow Mule recipes for friends and family gatherings.

Arturo Figueroa

Arturo is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s in Architecture and provides residential drafting & design solutions for a local community builder. Having emigrated at a young age with his family from Mexico, he lived in the Southwest and Northeast parts of the country until making Tallahassee his home in 2004. His interests in interdisciplinary studies and effective communication systems play an integral role in developing his ability to understand complex issues and provide data-driven advisory to the Board. In his down time, he enjoys getting in touch and socializing in the community, observing and evaluating the modern zeitgeist, as well as exploring 3D printing technology and its various applications as a hobby.

Jason Frimmel

Jason is a Tallahassee native with a large network of local young professionals and business owners. In the beginning of his professional career, Jason was a Residential and Commercial Real Estate a broker. After many years in the market, he switched to the hospitality industry and opened Tallahassee's first World of Beer location and becoming the brand's youngest franchisee. He plans to grow World of Beer's presence in the North Florida market. As a young entrepreneur, he is passionate about investing in his hometown of Tallahassee.

Anita Bushnyakova

Anita is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and a Master of Public Administration with specialization in financial management. She’s the Chief Financial Officer for a Florida nonprofit organization and sits on several boards for organizations associated with children’s issues, nonprofits, community enrichment and retaining young professional talent in
Tallahassee. She is also a member of the Leadership Tallahassee Class 40. Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria,
Anita moved to the United States in 2005 and has been a resident of Tallahassee since 2011. Having traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad, she wishes to contribute her experience and knowledge in aiding our city's sustainable growth and blossoming advancement. In her spare
time she enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family.
