Thanksgiving Tallahassee: Volunteers Needed
This Thanksgiving, Tallahassee local businesses are joining forces to serve our community, and we are proud to be part of this effort. We will be preparing and serving Thanksgiving dinner for over 800+ people of our community. Join us by volunteering to help!

About the event
On Thursday, Nov. 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. a traditional Thanksgiving meal will be offered at the American Legion Post 13 on beautiful Lake Ella Drive. Those in the Tallahassee community who may be alone, away from home or would like to come together and share a Thanksgiving dinner are welcome to attend. Started in 1984 as a hot meal to those experiencing homelessness, the Tallahassee Thanksgiving Celebration has served thousands of people over the years. Food is prepared by Lively Technical School, Hope & Big Papa’s Chop House in Quincy.
