Advocacy Uncorked: Join Us at City Hall!

In the early days of Grow Tallahassee, we were a small group of passionate individuals who wanted to engage with our local governments. Our founding members regularly attended City and County Commission meetings. We aimed to learn the process and share this vital information with our fellow residents. Our mission then evolved into collective action, as we invited more people to join these meetings, fostering an understanding of how our city shapes its progress and undertakes new endeavors.

Today, we continue this mission through our monthly educational events. We firmly believe that our city and its residents have the potential to generate impactful solutions for our challenges. This can be realized by establishing a platform where each and every voice is not only heard but also esteemed.

This month, we are reconnecting with our roots of public engagement. We invite those interested, those who have yet to attend, or anyone curious to witness the Tallahassee Commission in action to join us for the Council hearing on August 23rd at 3 pm. We'll also be gathering for a Happy Hour at Eve on Adams downtown from 6 pm onwards.
