Dear Tallahassee City Commissioners, I support the Comprehensive Plan amendments because: * Required

I believe staff did a great job balancing growth through neighborhood-specific plans that require neighborhood approval

I believe we need more housing options to keep our city affordable for future generations

I support walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods with better access to parks, jobs, schools, and local businesses,

I want to prioritize growth in areas that already have roads, utilities, and public services - saving taxpayers millions,

I want to preserve Leon County's rural lands, wildlife habitats, and water resources from unnecessary development,

I support policies that reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact as we grow,

I support infill development to strengthen our urban core and help local businesses thrive year-round,

I want to legalize the kinds of housing - like townhomes and small apartments - that already exist in historic neighborhoods,

I support inclusive, equitable growth that welcomes new residents instead of pushing them out,

I want to reduce long commutes, traffic congestion, and car dependency by promoting housing closer to jobs and services,

I'm tired of NIMBY politics holding our city back from progress.
